W3 Web School - Student Policies & Code of Conduct

1. Course Fee Payment Policy

1.1 Individual Responsibility for Payment

Each student is individually responsible for paying their course fees in full. Sharing, splitting, or transferring the course fee among multiple students is strictly prohibited. Students found violating this policy will face disciplinary action, including potential termination of enrollment without a refund.

1.2 Payment Transparency

Students must pay the fee through officially approved payment channels (e.g., bank transfer, UPI, or online payment portals). Any discount or promotional offers are applicable only to the eligible individual, and sharing discounted fees with others is not permitted. The institute will provide receipts for all payments; students should retain them for future reference.

1.3 Fee Refund & Cancellation

Refund requests will be considered based on the refund policy outlined at the time of enrollment. No refunds will be granted for students found sharing their fee with others. Course cancellations are subject to administrative approval and must be formally requested in writing.

2. Student Enrollment & Attendance Policy

2.1 Non-Transferability of Enrollment

Course enrollment is non-transferable. Students cannot transfer their registration to another person under any circumstances. The registered student is solely responsible for completing the course requirements.

2.2 Attendance Requirements

Regular attendance is mandatory to maintain enrollment status. Absences exceeding the permitted limit without prior approval may result in course suspension.

3. Conduct & Behavior Policy

3.1 Ethical Conduct

Students are expected to maintain honesty and integrity in all their interactions. Any fraudulent activity, including fee-sharing schemes, will result in strict action, including legal proceedings if necessary.

3.2 Respect for Fellow Students & Staff

Respectful communication and cooperation are expected at all times. Harassment, bullying, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.

4. Offer & Discount Policy

4.1 Offer Eligibility

Promotional discounts are offered based on specific eligibility criteria and cannot be combined or shared with other students. Each offer is valid only for the intended recipient and cannot be transferred.

4.2 Misuse of Offers

Any attempt to misuse or manipulate offers (e.g., claiming discounts falsely) will result in the immediate cancellation of enrollment.

5. Use of Course Materials

5.1 Access Restrictions

Course materials (videos, PDFs, assignments) are for the enrolled student only and cannot be shared with others. Unauthorized distribution of materials will result in legal action and termination of access.

5.2 Plagiarism Policy

Copying or distributing course materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

6. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

6.1 Reporting Issues

Students facing any issues related to fees, enrollment, or other matters should report them to the administration immediately via the official communication channels.

6.2 Resolution Process

The institute will investigate complaints fairly and take necessary corrective measures to resolve disputes. Disciplinary actions will be taken against students involved in unauthorized activities.

These policies are designed to ensure a fair learning environment for all students. Any violation of these policies may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion from the course without any refund.

By enrolling in any course at W3 Web School, students agree to abide by these policies.
